BOOKINGS/RESERVATIONS
• All bookings must have a deposit paid to secure days booked, balance payable on arrival. No reduction for early departure.
• Reservations non transferable to others.
• Booking of accommodation must be confirmed within 7 days with a deposit. Failing to confirm could result in cancellation of your booking.
• Arrival time for sites is 12 noon and accommodation 1pm. Departure time is 10am on the last day booked. A further day may be charged for late departure.
• No refunds for inclement weather. Be prepared.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• A $20 administration & cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellations.
• Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with 10 days notice. • Cancellation within 10 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid. Group cancellations may have special conditions.
